These fun and exciting jewelry making workshops are crafted for beginners and skill building for intermediates. Instructors Peggy Kervin and Charlene Stark will lead you on your creative journey.
Learn to fabricate flowers from beads and wire following instructions from Charlene Stark, professional wire-wrapper and long-time jeweler. Your flowers can be made into bracelets, earrings, or pendant necklaces. All materials are provided - wire, beads, tools, findings. Welcome all beginner and intermediate jewelers.
Spring Break Art at The Bothwell 2025 (Ages 6-15)

Spring Break Art at the Bothwell is inspiring and creative. Everyday a variety of media will be used: watercolor, acrylic, collage, mixed media, clay, charcoal, pencil and lots more! Perfect for the budding artist and the serious art students looking to stretch their depth of knowledge, techniques and portfolio pieces.
The Bothwell Arts Center has a relaxed and casual atmosphere, packed with materials and creativity. Art camp classes are taught by talented artists sharing their passion, skills, and creativity; inspiring and guiding the kids to unlock their artistic potential through fun and engaging activities.
Ages 6-15
Two classrooms - 15 students per classroom
Camp hours are 10am-3:30 pm. On Friday please plan on coming at 3pm for the Exhibition. We will hold the projects the kids do until Friday when you can see all the work on display before you take it home.
Please bring a packed lunch, and a water bottle.
The Bothwell provides all the art materials and a snack for the morning and afternoon.
If the weather permits, we will bring the kids out back to the park to have lunch break.
The Bothwell Arts Center is at 2466 8th Street, Livermore.
No refunds or credits unless the camp is canceled.

Our children's after-school drawing and painting class is designed for kids ages 7-10, welcoming all skill levels from beginners to more experienced young artists. In this fun and supportive environment, students will explore various techniques and mediums, including pencils, watercolors, and acrylics. Each session includes guided instruction, creative projects, and opportunities for self-expression. The goal is to build confidence, develop artistic skills, and foster a love for art.

The curriculum spans various artistic mediums, encouraging students to express themselves authentically. With a focus on building a supportive community, Artopia allows students to share and learn from one another, fostering confidence in their artistic journey.
Artopia is an engaging and dynamic art class designed specifically for middle schoolers, fostering a vibrant environment where individuality, creativity, and self-expression take center stage. In this innovative program, students are encouraged to explore and celebrate their unique artistic voices, providing a platform for them to express themselves authentically. Artopia goes beyond traditional art education by embracing a wide range of artistic mediums, from painting and drawing to sculpture and mixed media, allowing students to discover their preferred modes of creative expression.
The curriculum of Artopia is carefully crafted to inspire imagination and critical thinking, empowering students to develop their artistic skills while expressing their thoughts and emotions. Pixel Pioneers: Digital Art Class for teens Apr.

Our teen art class focuses on mastering Procreate on digital devices, offering hands-on guidance to create stunning digital artwork. Participants will learn essential techniques and tips, allowing them to bring their creative visions to life with confidence and skill. Apple devices recommended; limited availability of devices on loan available.
